Gold Coins (Lightweight & Solid Coins)

• All Gold Coins (including Lightweight Coins & Solid Coins) purchased from EARTHMINT are eligible under our 100% Buyback Policy, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
• The buyback value is applicable only on the gold content of the product.
  
• The final value will be calculated based on: 
  
• Net gold weight, and
  
• Prevailing live gold market rate at the time of buyback request.
  
• The product must be returned in its original condition, without any physical damage, scratches, tampering, or alterations.
  
• Original invoice or order confirmation is mandatory to process the request.
  
• Any making charges, customization charges, packaging costs, GST, or additional fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

EARTHMINT reserves the right to inspect and verify the product before approving the buyback request.

Gold Rakhi

• EARTHMINT offers a 100% buyback guarantee on the gold value of all Gold Rakhi products.
• The buyback is strictly applicable to the gold portion of the Rakhi.
  
• Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  
• Customers have two options:
  Return the complete Rakhi, or
  
• Extract and return only the gold component
  Please note:
  
• We do not recommend self-extraction, as it requires proper tools and expertise.
  
• Any damage to the gold during extraction may impact the final valuation.
  
• The buyback value will be determined based on:
  
• Net gold weight received, and
  
• Live gold rate at the time of processing

Gold Frames

• Gold Frames sold by EARTHMINT are also covered under our buyback policy, with specific conditions:
  
• The buyback is applicable only on the gold foil/content embedded in the frame.
  
• The value of acrylic, frame material, artwork, or design elements is not included in the buyback.
  
• The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or tampering.
  
• A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
  
• The final buyback amount will be calculated based on:
  Recoverable gold weight, and
  Current gold market rate

All additional costs such as design, packaging, and making charges are non-refundable.

Silver Coins

• All Silver Coins purchased from EARTHMINT are eligible under our Buyback
• Policy for silver value, subject to the following conditions:
  
• The buyback is applicable only on the silver content of the product.
  
• The value will be calculated based on:
  
• Net silver weight, and
  
• Live silver market rate at the time of buyback.
  
• The product must be in its original condition, free from damage, wear, or tampering.
  
• Customers must provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase.
  
• Making charges, packaging, GST, and any additional charges are non-refundable.

EARTHMINT reserves the right to verify purity and weight before processing the refund.

General Buyback & Refund Process

• To initiate a buyback or refund request, customers are required to follow the steps below:

• Customers must securely courier the product to our provided address.
  
• Upon receiving the product, our team will conduct a quality and authenticity inspection.
  
• Once approved, the refund will be processed.
  
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  
• Processing timelines may vary depending on inspection and approval.
  
  Return Shipping Policy
  
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  
• In case the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, EARTHMINT will bear the shipping cost.
  
  Exclusions & Important Notes
  
• Products that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected for buyback/refund.
  
• Any tampered, damaged, or altered products will not be eligible.
